We offer the steaming-free technology for producing of reinforced concrete products.
The know-how of the offered technology consists in the usage of special addition instead of a steam as an energy transferor. Peculiarity of the steaming-free technology in producing of concrete and reinforced concrete items is the effect of concrete hardening acceleration.

Besides you will get the possibility:
1. to reduce the steaming time minimum in 2 times during the winter period (at some plants the time of isotherm is not more than 2 hours). Steaming conditions: lifting and isotherm at the temperature not more than 30-50 degrees C;
2. to increase placeability and to decrease exfoliation of concrete mix;
3. to increase frost-resistance and water-proofness of concrete constructions by 2-3 marks;
4. to economize cement by up to 20%.
5. to economize energy resourses (gas, steam and water);
6. to use the additive in production of aerated concrete and pavement slab.
We guarantee that:
A ready-to-use solution does not freeze with T below -6 C;In freeze-thaw cycle properties left unchangeable;
Shelflife of the ready-to-use solution (with additive) is 6 months;
Guarantee period of storage life is 5 years;
